The Grace Place is temporary housing initiative, created to provide safe, dignified shelter and wraparound support for families experiencing homelessness. Through advocacy, stabilization services, and partnerships, The Grace Place serves as a bridge from crisis to independence—restoring hope & safety.

At The Grace Place, compassion meets action. As a temporary housing project of Wayne Community Coalition, we work alongside local agencies, faith organizations, and community partners to address homelessness at its root. Our advocacy-centered model provides short-term housing, case management, and access to critical resources—empowering individuals to transition toward long-term stability and self-sufficiency.

The Grace Place exists to ensure that no one in Wayne County faces homelessness alone. As Wayne Community Coalition’s Homeless Advocacy Center, we offer temporary housing paired with advocacy, referrals, and supportive services designed to break the cycle of homelessness. With the support of funders and partners, we are building pathways from instability to sustainable living.

We are thankful for their service to our country and grateful to be of service to them! #Bringingresourcestoourcommunity #WayneCommunityCoalitionInc.
